Data we collect: (a) Support submissions (optional name/email, message, app, attachments, IP/UA); (b) Basic server logs; (c) App analytics and crash diagnostics provided by platform vendors (e.g., Google Play Console) if enabled.
Use: Provide support, fix bugs, communicate about your request, maintain and improve quality, and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases: Legitimate interests in operating apps/support; consent where required by law.
Sharing: Service providers strictly as necessary (hosting, email, analytics). No sale. Lawful requests only.
